By analyzing data gathered from participants in the Nurses’ Health Study and Health Professionals Follow-up Study, spanning up to 34 years, researchers pinpointed five lifestyle factors associated with lower risk. Individuals adhering to all five factors lived up to 14 years longer and have had a better quality of life compared to those who did not incorporate any of them.
